This year saw the TWA Digitisation Grant  return for its fourth year and was open for applications from UK archives, museums and libraries looking to digitise their cultural heritage collections. Over these four years, the TWA Grant has provided thousands of pounds worth of digitisation funding to its winners, with previous winners including the Bexley Archive and Local Studies Centre and The Royal Mint Museum Centre, as well as the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Museum, Dorset History Centre, Birmingham Museums Trust, and Blackpool Culture and Communities.

The National Brewery Heritage Trust are very pleased to announce that they proved to be the 2019 Winners with the Alpine Club Library taking the £3,000 runners up prize.

The judges in their summing up of the NBHT application remarked that the competition this year was very strong and the quality of applications high, but our two winners shone through and we cannot wait to be a part of realising their vision.
